Teacher Eileen will customise the complexity of the activity based on the child's level so it's not too difficult for the younger ones, nor too easy for the more advanced kids (we saw it during one of the holiday classes with a 5 y/o and 8 y/o). "Everything started with a day camp back in the early days, and the rest is history~ Jairus has been attending Teacher Eileen's classes since his K2 days, and it has been so heartening to see how much his confidence has grown over the years. We have also witnessed how nurturing and patient Teacher Eileen is with the children. "I would totally recommend The Lit Adventure to any parent looking for an English literacy enrichment centre that provides fun and engaging lessons for their child. Teacher Eileen absolutely has a way of incorporating fun learning into her lessons, making it easier for children to learn naturally and happily without feeling pressured. She also updates parents on what was taught in every lesson which allows us to play our part in helping with revision and keeping track of our child's progress in class. During each Parent-Teacher Conference, the teachers would share that my son's phonics had improved tremendously and that he was able to understand the rules quickly. Hearing this always put me at ease and reassured me that he was progressing well. We also love their June and December holiday programmes so much that we participate every single time! Teacher Eileen puts in so much effort to create fun and engaging programmes where the children get to enjoy hands-on activities while learning along the way. My son never fails to check in with me from time to time to ask if the holiday programmes are ready for sign-up and I always have to tell him to wait patiently! These are the reasons why I'm more than willing to travel all the way from MacPherson to Alexandra Central Mall every week just to make sure my son gets to attend his lesson.
